Processing & Consequences

Upon receiving a valid and complete notice, VANA PURE will:

  • Temporarily remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
  • Notify the supplier or designer responsible for the product.
  • Permanently terminate relationships with repeat offenders.

*VANA PURE is not a judicial body and cannot adjudicate disputes between third parties. In complex cases, we may require a court order or administrative decision to take further action.
